Rowan Cole

We are thrilled to announce Rowan Cole as the recipient of the highly sought-after Private Lashman Singh Duty and Discipline scholarship.

I am Rowan Cole, a 17-year-old female, hockey player, and fitness enthusiast. I have recently been diagnosed with a high level of ADHD and have been learning to overcome the symptoms and challenges that this has given me. I have played hockey, both as a defense and as a forward. I thrive in athletic atmospheres and enjoy all sports. Most recently, I have found a love for the gym and building and maintaining my muscles. This has become a passion and I continue to encourage friends and those around me to join and take an active interest in their health. I work out twice a day when I can!
