Heavier to endpapers and pastedowns. Mild cracking to hinges and gutters, slightly exposing netting. However binding remains firm. Water staining to pastedowns, with minor marks to text block edges. Text is unaffected. Noticeable tears and creases to folded map, causing it to be loose. Boards have visible edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Noticeable splits with fraying to joints and spine edges. Gilt lettering is darkened. Visible water staining with black marks to all surfaces. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning.
