The book features a double-page folding coloured map of India, a single-page coloured map of the country around Delhi, a double-page coloured plate of the Assemblage, a colour plate of the special gold medal, and a plate of the banner given to princes. The book includes several Sikh references, including several Sikh chiefs at the Assemblage. Maharaja Thakur Singh of Jammu and Kashmir and Maharaja Ranbir Singh of Jammu and Kashmir were among the Sikh rulers present. Other Sikh chiefs who attended the Assemblage included Maharaja Pratap Singh of Nabha, Maharaja Rajinder Singh of Patiala, Raja Bhupinder Singh of Sirmur, Raja Amar Singh of Patiala, Raja Hira Singh of Nabha, and Raja Raghubir Singh of Jind.
